After opening an album you will see, among others, the following buttons above the index page:

Start the slide show presentation..
Use full screen for this album.
Share the album with members of Facebook. This may be absent.
Send Email with link to this album. This may be absent.
Open the viewer settings page.
The buttons may be partly transparent or black and white.
Click on the album title or the theme photo if these buttons are not visible. Sometimes it is possible to conceal the buttons (again) by clicking on the album title or on the theme picture.
If visible, the next buttons are used for navigation from the index page:
Bach to the first album.
Previous album.
Next album.
To start the slide show, click the play icon or the press the Enter key. Click on a thumbnail to enlarge that picture (In version 3.1.3 or later version). You can then start the slide show by, if it is visible, clicking the Play icon. You can also start the slide show by pressing the space bar or by clicking with the mouse in the the magnified image.
Before version 3.1.3, the slide show starts automatically when you click on a small picture on the index page.
If you hold down the left mouse button on a thumbnail on the index page for 0,4 seconds or longer, the file-name will be displayed, but the same information is showed if you move the mouse over a thumbnail.
Click with the mouse in the enlarged picture or use the space bar for the stop/play function in the slide show.
Your photos look best in 'Full-screen' mode. To come in 'Full screen' mode on a Windows PC click the F11 key before you start the slide show. However, with the new Microsoft Edge browser in Windows 10 the F11 key can no longer be used to come in 'Full screen' mode. Therefore you see in albums made with the Slide Show Skin 4 version 2.8.3 or later version, on the index page at the top of a 'Full screen' button: If you press it in the Edge and Firefox browsers the full-screen mode opens. To go back to normal mode, just press that button again or press the Esc key again.
On the index page it is possible by clicking the Settings iconto adjust a number of properties.
In version 3 you can adapt the button size and the font size used for the descriptions: you may reduce the font size to 50% or enlarge it to 200%. You can also adapt the Viewing time per picture (default 5 sec).
You can also select a transition effect and the time duration of the selected transition effect.
You can also choose to disable the automatic start of background music if you open an album.
Finally you can chose to use the full screen to display the enlarged pictures. Click again or click somewhere in the settings window to hide these settings.
Using the keyboard in the slide show:
Use the space-bar for the stop/play function.
Use left/right arrow keys for navigation to previous/next picture.
The up-arrow key closes the slide show.
Use the E key to display the Exif info if you see an Exif button above a photo
Use the P key if you see an expansion button above a photo to expand the panorama.
Use the I key if you see an Info button above a photo.
Use the F key to share the slide with members of Facebook.
Press the D button to download the slide image, works only if a Download button is visible.
Use the down-arrow key or the L key to show the location in Google Maps if the slide contains location information.
Using the left mouse button:
Click in the picture to stop the slide show.
Click again in the picture to continue the slide show with the next picture.
Click outside the picture to hide the description below the picture. If you did choose to show the buttons
permanently the buttons will also be hidden.
Click again outside the picture to show these items again.
If the navigation buttons above the picture are not hidden, then a maximum of 6 buttons are displayed:
Send Email with link to this album or photo.
Share the slide with members of Facebook.
Show location in a Google Maps web page.
Download the corresponding high resolution image. If you click the Download button, a 'Save as...' dialog box is opened and you can save the picture directly on your disk.
Show the Exif info below the photo.
Show a page with more information about the subject of the photo. It is possible that this icon is replaced by a button with text.
orExpand panorama photo.
Open previous photo.
/Stop / Continue slide show.
Open the next photo.
Exit slide show.
The icons may be partly transparent or black and white
If you see aorbutton and click on it, the slide show will stop and the panorama picture is enlarged. You will scroll automatically horizontally through the picture. Control the scroll speed by moving the mouse in the middle of the picture. Continue the slide show via a long tap, by clicking the keyboard space bar or by clicking the play icon in the upper right corner.
Using the keyboard on the index page:
Start the slide show at the first picture via the Enter key.
The up-arrow key closes the index page and the focus returns to the parent page.
Use the H key to open or close the Help window.
Use the S key to open or close the Settings window.
Use left/right arrow keys for navigation to previous/next index page or album.
Use the Home key to close the index page and go to the Home page.
Use the T key to download the GPS track.
Use the E key to show the route in the Google Earth program.
Use the down-arrow key or the M key to show the route in Google Maps.
Up to 7 text-buttons and / or icons may be displayed below the thumbs on the index page with as default functions:
Go to previous album
Download GPS track
Show route in a Google Maps web page
Show route in the Google Earth program
Show a page with more information about the subject of the album.
Go to the Home web page
Go to next album
However other functions can also be assigned to these buttons.
