The Image bounds settings are Images: 1920x1920, Thumbnails: 800x160 and responsive Theme image with display width 96%.

Check-mark 'Use Bootstrap to create menu' has been set.

The special footer is made by html code in the footer tab, where the last two check-marks on that page have been set. The Font Awesome icon library is used for the special characters. The required script is loaded in file page-header_0.inc
