Plain+ sample album

This sample album, made with a modified Plain version 2.5.1, shows how you can show all photo locations in a map, made with my program MakeMap.

This version uses also the same background  in the ligthbox as is used on the thumbnails page and a theme image has been added. I used here 6 include files, but to get all include functions working I moved the position of some include files
